Executive Chef Angie Roberts sources ingredients for our menu that are organically grown, sustainably produced, and purchased from local farmers whenever possible. We are currently featuring 85-90% organic ingredients on our menu! BOKA offers a wine list that features an eclectic selection of wines from around the world, with a focus on the Northwest.
