Classic cocktails are making a comeback at McCormick & Schmick's with a bar menu featuring the history of the American Cocktail from the 1800s to today. There is also an impressive selection of craft-brewed and quality imported beers at McCormick & Schmick's, along with an extensive selection of fine Northwest, California, regional and international wines.

There was a time when bartenders practiced the art of traditional mixology, crafting drinks with more concern for the guest's experience than the speed in which the drink was made. This timeless art of mixology is still alive at McCormick & Schmick's restaurants.

Our bartenders are like chefs in their own right. All drinks are made using fresh-squeezed juices and are hand-crafted, with special interest and thought given to the quality of every drink served. You won't find any blenders at a McCormick & Schmick's bar.

3pm-6pm and 10pm to midnight daily
